Owners lovely, but a very small space as two cars sharing - Picanto slightly on pavement. On a plus note right next to Petit Choux where I had a fabulous cheesecake.

Excellent space very close to St James Park and the University. Very helpful owner, sorted a minor hiccup extremely promptly and courteously. Would definitely use again if available.

Parking space on 17 Leases Crescent is only suitable for motorbike or similar sized vehicle, Only left my car there after speaking to tennant of 16 Leases Crescent who said it would be ok to leave car in his space, very grateful as car at risk of being clamped, wouldn't use again.
