Guys at Secure airparks are great but There's constantly an issue when booked the JustPark, never able to input my booking number and have to go to reception for them to sort it out.

I made a booking on the basis that there would be transfers to our location which was Murryfield for a concert, having realised after a phone call to the said Shaun to cancel my booking because they don't go to anywhere but the airport, I was told to send an email which I have done, to no reply, and now you have sent me an email asking if I've enjoyed my stay. Then the answer is no because I never used it, I cancelled it and never got my refund or an explanation as to why. Feel free to reply at anytime.
