Nice, quiet area, ideal to park the car. Drive doesn't have a dropped curb but it wasn't an issue. Alan met us when we arrived and was very nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Alan was very helpful and friendly.
My only comment is that there is no droped curb outside the driveway which, should you low clearances might be an issue, it was not for me.
