In line with what other reviewers have said, just be aware that Sat Nav will take you past the parking location.
Otherwise easy to find, secure and within a short walk of the town centre

You won't get a better deal than this parking area. Plenty of places to park and a fifteen or brisk ten minute walk back to the station. If you have an overnight need for parking this is the cheapest you'll get. Make sure you have the directions back to the station though, as the estate the space is on is a warren of tiny streets and roundabouts that you could easily get lost in!

Convenient for centre. I seemed to be the only one displaying a permit so not sure who the others were and whether the site is checked

15 mins walk to work. Saving maybe 50-70p per day but that is if I could find a 50p space. Not convinced anyone is checking the permit as no other cars seem to have them, plus other people seem to be parking on the street nearby

Good parking space, about 20 minute walk to the train station. Postcode takes you past the actual place and round the corner to houses so he turning you want is between to brick pillars on the right that say 2-20 Milburn Avenue.
