forced to pay at the car park again as no-one at teh kiosk adn teh mobile number dsiplayed outside the kiosk just rang as did the assitance button at the barrier- I will not be using Just Park again

On collecting the car from the car park there was no attendant on duty and the mobile number given to ring if the kiosk was unmanned gave no reply. I rang the barrier assistance button and it just rang. I was forced to buy a ticket and pay again to get out of the car park. I wrote to Just Park asking for a reply but after 14 days I have received no response from the company

Whilst this is an excellent car park for the train station - only 5 minute walk - the exit needs sorting. We had pre-paid our ticket and once at the exit barrier we couldn't get out, the 'manned' office was all cardboarded up. We rung the buzzer and someone eventually answered who we then found out was inside boarded up office. We some confusion- from him not us - he eventually took our reference number and let us out. Not ideal really, especially if you were on your own.

I have emailed your parking partner and await as reply. I had to pay twice because there was nobody at the exit [Quadrant Milton Keynes] to give me the exit ticket [I had already paid in advance]

Carpark was easy to find secure but had problem getting out validating ticket at booth just glad someone was there to let me out or had to pay for another ticket

Great parking, short distance from MKC Rail. Arrived back at 2am, although no one there, gates opened automatically - numberplate recognition perhaps. Would definitely use again.

The instructions told me to go to the APCOA kiosk after parking and exchange my entry ticket for a validated ticket. There was no one at the kiosk when I parked nor was there anyone there on my return. In both cases I rang the number shown but the call went straight to voicemail. Needles to say, no one called me back. As a result I have had to pay both the normal parking costs AND the advanced parking costs. It is the first time I have used "Just Park". Is this the normal standard of service?

Great place to park for the station as its only 5 minutes walk away however like other reviews on here there was no one in attendance on my return to the car park at 10:30pm on a Sunday evening, the barrier opened with no problem but whilst this might be OK for men on their own or perhaps a group of people but lone females booking this for the reassurance of having someone in attendance at this multi story car park might want to double check the claim that it has someone there 24hours.
