Parking on Thornbury Road

When the advert says Driveway on Thonrbury Rd, Safe and secure parking and vehicle watched – I don’t expect to be told on the doorstep there isn’t a space and to go and find a space on the road somewhere on the estate. Totally unacceptable. To blame the App that they had booked 3 cars for 2 spaces isn’t acceptable as the owner sets the number of spaces. To just tell me to drive around until I find a space on the street is unacceptable. To be told you just have to park in zone B – which means nothing to me and there is no explanation of where zone B is. To say its nothing to do with me my sister does it all and she isn’t here isn’t acceptable. £15 to park in the street, this is ridiculous. I booked the space as I was coming straight form work and I had expensive kit in the car and the car parking is advertised as “driveway and secure parking and vehicle will be watched whilst youre away.” It is not and this is a rip off.

Turned up and pulled in drive but was asked to park on road and was given a permit . As it happens it was ok although expected to be parked on a drive . Very good location and easy to get away after the event . Thank you .

Great location for cricket ground.

Superb location for Old Trafford football and cricket grounds. Used parking for Radiohead concert. Arrived early and owner moved car for me, offered a cup of tea and couldn't be more friendly. Quick exit onto motorway. Would definitely use again. Thanks.

Great location for the football ground. Nice and polite to deal with on the day while they moved their vehicle. Parking for two cars but would be difficult if larger vehicles.

very happy. easy to find. close to the cricket ground (10 min walk). after the concert it was easy to leave the parking space and get back to the motorway. would recommend to anyone.

Arrived there at 7:50pm with United game kicking off at 8:05pm. Two large cars were already parked. FANTASTIC START. Knocked on door, he moved his car, it appeared that he was doing me a FAVOUR. There was NO APOLOGY. I paid £13.80 for this space. YES it is a shame that I have to give one star, as this review does not deserve any starts. I was left a very AWKWARD parking due to an AUDI A6 that was parked with no consideration towards the a PAID client. Unfortunately I would not recommend. If fact, there was plenty of parking spaces, and lots of fans parking. TOP TIP: Go for game early, knock on a few doors in streets and ask if someone wants £5 for parking for a couple of hours. Just as good, and possibly a better service.

We unfortunately didn't use this space as my boy was poorly on the day. But they answered my questions when asked and seemed to be well placed for any events at Old Trafford
