Nathan. Great location and very easy access / departure but I arrrvied to find a car already in the space. Fortunately there were lots of other spaces free so I parked in one of these and didn’t have a problem despite the warning signs about not having a permit.

Excellent location for the Etihad (can see it from space almost), secure with automatic gates etc. You do get a little stuck in after match traffic but only 15-20 mins as opposed to an hour if parking at the Etihad.

The parking space was easy to find and only 10 minutes walk to the Etihad Stadium.
When booking this space remember to get the code for the car entrance as well as the side gate, these use different codes. I will use again.

Worked perfectly, 2minute walk to Etihad, mcdonalds, asda or british cycling hq. Safe & secure too. Spoke to owner whom was most helpful. Would highly recommend.
