When I went to validate my ticket as per instructions, I was told that APCOA car park was no longer in contract with Just Park and was refused my booking reference and had to pay a full fee for my parking. Now awaiting my refund from Just Park.

The booking was fine and I had instructions to validate my ticket before leaving the car park. I went to the booth to do this and was informed that Just Park no longer have a contract with this car park but continue to book out spaces when they shouldn't. The person there said Just Park were fired due to their unethical trading standards. This resulted in me having to pay again, double the amount I already paid online. Not happy with the service at all!

My car was broken into while it was parked here and it was very disappointing to find out there was no CCTV around. Turns out this isn't the first time something like this has happened at this car park so I wonder why nothing has been done to address this. Avoid!

I arrived back at the Car Park and made my way to the APCOA customer service office with my parking ticket and proof of booking with Just Park as detailed in the parking instructions, to be told by the attendant that APCOA no longer deal with Just Park. The attendant had been instructed by his line management not to accept any further bookings through Just Park and I and several other customers had to pay for the privilege of using this car park twice. I had to pay a further £14 for the duration of my stay. Not good service whatsoever!!

Do not use this facility. No agreement in place with Just Park. Charged twice and had to pay the full weekend day rate!

DONT PARK HERE! The car park company refused to validate the ticket saying just park haven’t paid them in months so you’re forced to pay expensive rates to get back out of the car park at the end of your stay. So I’ve paid just park and then still had to pay another £14 to the car park

Terrible car park, When we had to leave we had to pay again, there was no way to prove we had pre-paid, I called a number on the exit and was told I had to go all the way back to the top of the building where there was no one to help, the man had apparently gone for a coffee, we waited nearly 15 minutes with 2 other couples before he eventually arrived and he was rude, he seemed annoyed we'ed disturbed his coffee time.

Great car park with accurate information. Just a short walk away from Malmaison hotel and far, far cheaper than NCP. As other users have mentioned, you need to go up to the top floor and across the bridge in order to validate the ticket.
