For the Etihad this is spot on. 20min walk then straight off no extra traffic.

It was a bit of a tight fit widthways for a SUV (RAV4 sized), but just ok. The gate can be pulled closed in front of your car, but not locked. The area seemed safe enough and my car was fine overnight.

Left my car for the full weekend while staying in the city centre (only a 20 minute walk) and it felt like a very safe area. Picked up my car this morning with no issues at all - highly recommend rather than using the extortionate city centre car parks! Thank you very much and I will definitely be back.
