I would say that the drive is suitable for small med size cars not SUVs. For SUVs The space is very tight due to the gates and driver needs to be very careful not to damage their car.

Narrow gates and cars parked on the street, so not too easy to get in with a Peugeot 3008.
Felt safe leaving my car there and it's only a 10 minute walk to the Etihad stadium. We always hang around after the match to let the traffic ease, then it's no problem leaving.

When arriving at the driveway the gate was closed,wasn't inviting at all,confused at what to do parked outside the property then to return to a parking fine of £70
That spoilt our night !
For future reference leave gates open would be a good start
