Parking on Oxford Court, M2

We booked our space from Saturday to Monday evening. On returning to our car Monday morning to put our suitcases in for the rest of the day we found a notice on our car advising us that we were parked illegally, to move our car and not return. Rather than spend the rest of the day as planned exploring the rest of Manchester we decided we had better leave. At that point someone came out of the building housing the company who we thought we had rented the space from. They advised us that the space was private and we should not park there. In showing them all the just park documentation it was discovered that an ex employee was renting the space out through just park when he had no right to do so. If we had not stayed until the Monday his scam might not have been discovered! They agreed to let us stay in the parking space whilst we went to get breakfast and we then left even though we had paid for the space through to the end of the day. I think Just Park need to do more due diligence!

Just one issue we parked perfectly but as you hadn't issued the gate key we struggled to get out the car park

I was unable to park at this place due to all the roads being blocked by police. I did not use this parking

Couldn't use this space.. booked it an hour before parking, got into Manchester City centre and the roads to get to this location were closed. Due to having an appointment to get to I ended up paying another £8 to park. Couldn't cancel this space.

We weren't given a code for the pedestrian gate to get out or back in.

We rented a secure parking space just around the corner from our hotel, PIN codes emailed to us, very professional and safe, would definitely recommend and use again.

‘Daniel’ was fantastic at guiding me around Manchester City centre and finding my bay. Secure, close to all the main streets, and easy to navigate around.

The owner provided me with all the necessary information and I was perfectly comfortable leaving my car there all day! Would definitely park again!

Just park was easy to navigate and book. Perfect instructions on where to park etc. cheaper then a car park in the city centre For the evening. Definitely will be using them next time I visit the centre of Manchester

Excellent parking spot right opposite Manchester Central Convention centre. I have a large SUV which can be a nightmare to park but there was plenty of room here. Gated, so secure. Only issue was side gate which took a while to work out (code pad is behind a hinged cover on the lock itself and then had to put the code in several times to get it to work) to actually walk out of the carpark. Otherwise great, would definitely park here again.
