Great convenient parking space for the Etihad

The parking space was not available. We had booked the space between 10am and 4pm on 11 Dec 2022. We arrived at approx 11am and there was a car on the drive and another car right behind it, therefore, no space for us to use. I assume that both vehicles belonged to the occupants of the house. Tried to ring the doorbell. No one answered. This was most inconvenient as I had travelled with the family to attend football match and thought we had found ideal parking. Use someone else is my advice.
