Access is through a gate with keypad entry. The space is easy to park in and can accommodate large cars.
The location is by a canal basin in pleasant surroundings. Being next to Great Ancoats Street, it is simple to get to if driving into Manchester and back out again. The New Islington tram stop is about 5 minutes away. The canal tow path makes for an alternative nice quiet walk into the city or out towards New Islington during the day.
