Space very much as described. The area is in the middle of lots of new build flats, but space is in a quiet low rise set of streets. About 30 mins walk to town, or tram stop 2 streets away. Jake didn't reply to my texts, but that wasn't a problem as found it ok and space was empty, so I just parked.
