10 minute walk from the Etihad more like a 20 minute walk having said that very pleased overall.

Hi. Our experience was not great. I thought the parking place was on a drive way but there was no obvious place to park except on the street. We then ended up parking somewhere else closer which then made me wonder whether the estimated walking Time to the stadium is accurate. I did knock on the door of the house to clarify where to park but had no answer.
