Hi. I booked this space for last night, Sat 3 Sept. The cost was £6.30. I was unable to gain entry to the property with the pin code provided, and there was no reply when I called the mobile number. I had to park somewhere else and pay again. I would like a full refund for the parking charge from JustPark. Please advise how to get this. Thanks.

This parking space was really easy to find and safe and secure. I used it to attend an Open Day at the University which was a 10 min walk away.

Booked the car park, received confirmation postcode and all seemed well. Couldn't find the car parking space at the postcode and had no way of contacting anyone to help! Not a good experience and £70 out of pocket for my trouble!
