Hey Guys,
So just to give you an idea of me and what I am offering, I run my own business and own several apartments in the buildings surrounding the car park. I like to offer all my tenants a parking space as an extra and the spaces of empty apartments or the spaces of those who decline, I rent out on here. After historical issues with entry, I have now removed the code from this listing. Instead, please call me when you arrive and i will open remotely from my phone.
In terms of the car park itself, it's a very quite place with no trouble and the other space owners are generally quite friendly but If you do ever have any issues, I also live within the complex and work from home so in most cases I'll be around if you need me. I have however been renting out these spaces for a little while now and haven't had any issues. If you have any questions, please get in touch!

called the owner several times to open the gate so that we could get in however they never answered. We were stuck with no parking and had to find parking elsewhere! I would like a refund from this immediately!

Great spot, secure, easy to organise and find. Not a criticism but we weren’t sure if we were supposed to park in a delegated spot? Also, the gate didn’t open straight away after a few attempts of using the pin so we weren’t sure if we were doing something wrong (hence 4* rather than 5) Overall I would recommend using this space. Thanks

I didn't get to park because the code did not work and nobody would pick up when I would ring the phone number
