So, firstly location was perfect. Jen the owner was great, we arrived much later than expected and the concierge desk was already closed when we arrived however Jen was happy to assist. We had the space booked for 3 days however the 2nd and 3rd day somebody else was parked in our space! We ended up going to a pay and display and going back and fourth to keep updating the ticket. All in all I spent £15 on public parking when I had already paid to book this parking spot on lower stone street. I am honestly fuming and I feel like this was not fair at all. I would like somebody from just park to contact me as soon as possible please

The space was convenient as it was close to town and secure in a gated parking space.The owner was helpful and answered our queries promptly. However we were to collect the permit from the concierge. He/she was not there so we left a note. We returned several times to obtain the permit but still no concierge so to avoid getting a fine we left early, cutting our visit short. This may well be a one off but maybe checking whether someone will be there to provide you with the permit beforehand would be a good idea. Otherwise I would recommend this space.

First time we've used JustPark and very pleased with the ease of use. This parking is really handy for the centre of town. It's a tight parking space but would recommend it. The owner responded very promptly to texts to clarify the location (as sat navy wouldn't recognise the postcode) - friendly, clear and helpful.

Thank you for your contact. Sadly, your information email arrived after I had left on Friday 29/6, and I did not have all the information I needed to find the parking address, thus losing my fee of £22-50. I had to park in a free parking area on the outskirts of the town. This was not your fault. When I left home I thought I had the full address - The Driveway, but after asking two police officers and a taxi driver I could not locate the address. When I came home I saw your email with the full information that is why I feel I must give you five stars. If you feel kind hearted enough you could give credit for the fee, but I will understand if you do not, because the situation was not of your making. Kind regards, Mike O'Donoghue.
