Whilst well-located and relatively easy to find (instructions following payment could be improved), I received a Penalty Charge Notice for "Not Displaying a Valid Permit", despite parking as instructed. JustPark resolved issue ultimately but made for a worrying few weeks. Please devise a new method of alerting the Parking Management Company that users have booked through JustPark to avoid potential stress to future users. Thanks.

The parking space was perfect for our needs, but the directions are unclear. It's basically approx 4 spaces next to the station car park but the directions direct you to an address about 100yrds up the road - and it's not a driveway as in the description, nor are there height restrictions as indicated. We tried to contact the 'renter' to confirm details but they never answered.In the end as we parked in the bays another JustPark customer was parking alongside us and had had the same experience but had finally got through to Sorbon after countless attempts.. Basically, great space but poor description, directions and communication.
