Space very very tight, difficult to find, owner had dumped a sofa in middle. Emailed just Park but nobody has bothered to reply. Customer service???

Park is in a handy location for station but in this instance there was a sofa in the driveway. When I rang the owner they were aware there was a sofa and though they apologised (it was due to be collected but hadn't been for some reason), said there was nothing they could do to help. Luckily I was able to push the sofa into the road, move my car In and move the sofa back (was in a rush to get a train). The sofa was gone 2 days later when I returned to collect the car.
