The parking provider was quick to respond when I wanted to park for which I'm thankful. But when I was taking the car I called her at 7:40am and she was unkind enough to blame me that I wake her up. If somebody doesn't want to be bothered should either put his phone on Do Not Disturb mode or don't advertise his space on this site.

From start to finish totally unprofessional, rude and insensitive. I just didn’t have to deal with Dipika but her mum and grandmother as well. This is not Dipika’s house but belongs to her mum, so you will be dealing with that lady. To begin with there is no indication in the ad or at their house as to where to actually park the car, other than a picture of a silver Merc, which could have been her own parking area. This is the sole description appearing on her ad: This space will be secure as will be parked on in front of the house on the drive. I even sent her a message saying to please tell me where exactly to park, and on speaking she said to refer to the ad. I by mistake parked in the drive, in front of the garage, thinking this would be the space. (There was no notice on the garage, not to park there). Got a taxi to Luton and was at the boarding gate when I got a call from Dipika’s mum (clearly my number being passed on to her by Dipika), ranting for the car to be removed otherwise she would call the police out to do so! I made arrangements with easyJet staff to have my keyfob picked up by Dipika / Mum from their customer service desk, which they did. On the return leg, easyJet was an hour late due to UK weather related delays. I started receiving calls and text messages whilst the plane was still taxing to the terminal. (My booking was until 11:30pm) Basically messages saying that it was her Nans birthday and I was keeping her up. Then that they would leave the keys under the rear wheel of the car. I explained I couldn’t talk as still prohibited but would take another half hour due to delays. Then another message that her mum would not leave the keys as previously advised and will wait for me to collect. And by the way another message that they would charge me £5 per hour extra and to ensure to bring cash with me. (The daily rate is less than that). Once I arrived Mum and Granny opened a window towards the drive and would not give me the key back until I paid them for the “inconvenience” of parking incorrectly and then keeping them up. After a few terse words on both sides they eventually did give the key and I was on my way with my 12 year old daughter. You have been warned. These guys are just interested in the money, no idea about customer service and don’t care. Be prepared to be showered with messages from Dipika and her Mum. Impolite and greedy. Avoid.

Perfect parking place and exactly as described. Exemplary communication, my flight was delayed by 7 hours and the parking space duration was extended at no extra cost. Will not hesitate to use again.
