Parking on Abbey Drive, LU2

It is a shame that I have to leave negative feedback. Simple - parking space was busy when I got there at 6am. and with the owner not replying to my text, the only alternative I had was a rather expensive one - I guess we all know how much it is for Long stay car park at Luton for 6 days without pre-booking... So I didn't get the service I paid for even though the owner confirmed the day before the booking: " just park and go". This is not good enough and I do not recommend this particular spot.

Really nice space owner. I ran into issues with a flight delayed by over 24hrs. Owner was very helpful and considerate.

Excellent communication! I had a bit of a hiccup but it was all sorted immediately for which I am really thankful. I would definitely park again here.

Vendor's car was parked in space on arrival which they kindly moved to allow our car in. They gave us a taxi number to ring which was very prompt and cost £8 to the airport. All in all a good experience and happy to recommend to others.

I paid for 6 days , and when I arrived there both place occupied. So I parked in the road ! Unserious! Never there !

was a bit confused with numbers because on left side of the street are paired numbers and on the right are impaired so I was arrived at 62-64but couldn't find 63, but the owner was very patient with me and helped me.thank you recommended.

When I left the car there were a lot of stuff on the front of the house. When I called Naim several times it comes up a call from Bangladesh. Apearently he was on holidays in Bangladesh and they were refurbishing the house. When I came back to pick up the car two weeks later everything was exactly the same; including my car, nice and tidy. I did be worried about the car safety and car care, l will think twice before l park in the same place.
