Parking on Woodberry Down, N4

Upon arrival there was a van parked in the allotted space. The landlord wasn't answering his phone – so I couldn't initially establish who's vehicle it was. After an hour I discovered it was owned by a resident at the premises who was very obstructive and didn't want to move her van. She had issues with the landlord renting the space out. The space is very small, just about fitted through the gates. My vehicle was subsequently fine overnight. Just Park were very helpful and at hand, although powerless to help.

Not really a complaint because it worked quite well for us but you need to know that the padlock is broken and left open. Also someone parked on the double yellows and blocked me in for most of the stay. Luckily he had moved when I needed to go. Would be helpful if you could put a number 6 outside the gate as it was hard to find.
