Can you refund me ASAP please. Turned up to the space and it wasn’t available. You had both a van and car parked on the drive. Had to book another one nearby, not impressed

went to Alexandria Palace, place was there for me to park and we left early and car was there as expected. Also as it was dark the security light activated and we can safely enter our car and leave.

Decent sized space. Car was fine when we got back. Maybe some sort of small sign to give peace of mind that we had the right address would be nice but otherwise a very good value parking space. Would use again.
