I am likely to be able to issue you a temporary pass so that saves the hassle of getting deposit from you and returning parking permit to me. This is because of the benefit of a 24 hr concierge for my apartment. So no deposit, no hassle.

Was good location, however owner went away for weekend once we had parked and getting back into the secure parking area was a nightmare! The number we were given to contact the Conceige just rang and rang. Luckily a cleaner got us into the building. Not sure that I would use this service again.

Robin was really helpful and responded quickly to queries. Parking bay was conveniently located for the Sunborn Yatch hotel where i was staying, not to mention safe and secure in the gated parking garage. Would definitely recommend.

Alan was absolutely amazing with everything. Perfect spot for Excel London. Pricing is spot on. His communication was excellent. Very accommodating with timing and meeting. Safe and secure parking. Highly recommended. Will definitely be using the space again in the future and will definitely recommend. Can't fault at all. Thank you for everything.

Stayed in this area before but use a different space which was not available due to Xmas holiday .there was no concierge at the apartment but Robin organised to meet us and let us have the permit and fob .Easy to follow intructions and met us when we left at a time to suit us .Easy access to excel O2 and DLR .Will definitely use this space again .Thanks to Robin we were able to spend Xmas with our son as not many spaces available over the holiday period . Thank you Robin
