Space was occupied on arrival. Owner did nothing to resolve. Car remained in the space all day. Very poor show. Awaiting a refund but assume that’s going to be a hassle too.

Got there about an hour after booking started. Car in the space. Messaged owner at 2pm, didnt get back to me until 5pm. Got parking elsewhere and cheaper. However made me late to my father's appointment at Paddington. Very. Very. Unhappy. Did not need additional parking stress to an already stressful situation.
