You will just turn up and park no need to wait for anything and it's outside the congestion zone. All Instructions which are easy to follow will be e-mailed to you or you can view online, this will tell you how to park at the premises, please feel free to call or message for further information. There was no space available directly outside the address. There was a space further up the driveway. Tempted to call Lilli to check if that was ok but didn't want to disturb her as it was 5am. Turned out to be fine but may want to clarify this in the description. Great service. Thanks.

Initially, no space available but sorted out quite quickly but a little further away from where we were staying making it a little less convenient. Otherwise, it worked a treat!
