I made this booking for a series of West London business meetings on January 20th, covering 1pm to 1am. The space was advertised as Westbourne Park Road, it was suggested that there were as many as 43 possible spaces to park in, and I was assured that "I will have your booking on the system" so I could park there without further contact. When I arrived I found that the location was not visible from Westbourne Park Road, and should have been advertised as Brunel Court. This may not sound as impressive as Westbourne Park Road but has the advantage of being the truth and making it far easier for to find. When I drove to Stonehouse House, I found that only one space of the 43 advertised was available. I parked there (with difficulty – it was a narrow space) and went to my first meeting, in Notting Hill Gate. At 5pm I returned to my car to collect some notes and found a formal notification on the windscreen from CityWest Homes, the property managers. It informed me that, despite me displaying my JustPark booking form, my car was parked illegally, must be removed immediately or it would be towed away. I tried to call Jessica, the space renter, repeatedly but got the message "the number can't accept your call". I had no choice but to move the car and find a place to part in the Notting Hill area. If you've ever tried that at 5pm on a Friday afternoon you'll know how difficult it is. Inevitably I got stuck in traffic, and finally found a Q Park at Queensway. By the time I got back for my next meeting the client had left, so I lost their account. I went to my two later meetings then picked up the car as planned around midnight, paying a fee to Q Park of £25. So, to summarise: I was cheated out of £12.50 by the renter of this space I have paid an additional £25 to Q Park I have lost a client. Some of you will understand what that means to a small business owner This has been the worst service experience of any kind that I’ve had in years. Do not put your trust in this person. And think twice about relying on JustPark.
