Didn't need to use the space in the end, but Nicholas was so friendly and helpful, getting back to us quickly and politely, that we'd definitely book again. Space seems to be able to fit a van too, which is useful for us!

Upon arrival another car was in the allocated space, so called Nicholas and he was very nice- wrote a note and left it on the unknown vehicle, then made me feel better about parking in another space as he informed me that the occupant would not be using it. Although it was a palaver, I felt OK about leaving my car there. Will definitely be using this space again and the value for money is super awesome!
