Arrived at parking space to find locked gate, Phoned owner 3 times; got voicemail every time; left a message but he did not call back. Asked another resident to open gate; he said cannot as there are no reserved or allocated spaces within the estate and that a council issued permit is required or you will be towed. We ended up parking elsewhere at a cost of a further £25 and will be contacting Just Park in the morning for a refund and to log a formal complaint. This would appear to be no more than a con as the space sold is not his to sell in the first place. This is my second bad experience with scam ads on Just Park and I am now very reluctant to use again.
