Private driveway in Balham/Tooting Bec. 2-3 minute walk to Tooting Bec tube and 6-8 minutes to Balham tube and underground, depending on your stride!
Trinity Crescent is a safe and well-lit street. Our drive has CCTV and automatic sensor lights and there is usually one of us at home to keep an eye on things.
There is room for two cars to park alongside one another. I need to be able to get my car in and out, so please leave me room to get past your car so as not to block the entrance/exit. If there isn't a car in the drive could you please park so as to allow me to get back in and park alongside you.

Hassle free and easy walking distance from tube. Not very good for anything larger than big car as space must be left for the owner.

Convenient location ( I was participating in London to Brighton cycle ride) .Ample space for a saloon.
We got a bit delayed while picking up the car, and the owner was ok with it.
