Hi, I booked your car park for a weekend away in London 4th/5th April. I arrived at the car park on the Saturday and know one was there to meet me. after calling you and leaving a voicemail I was still unable to get into the car park space. I was instructed to pick up the keys at the local estate agent however due to being the weekend they were closed. I therefore had to park on the road.
hugely disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone. I expect a full refund but shock... I cannot contact the owner of this space
