On arrival there was another car parked just inside the gates so was asked to park in front of it. As the other customer had only booked till the next morning. I was asked to return to let him out halfway through my booked period. As London is a busy place this is not easy and was very inconvenient when you have just sat down for breakfast. Not the best feeling returning to your car to let another customer who had been blocked in and waiting along time get access to his car.
