I booked the parking until 7 pm, thinking we would be finished at the Royal Free well before then. My sister ended up having a general anaesthetic and it was clear we would be much later getting away. I rang Andy and he was so helpful. He checked the site and then rang me back to tell me not to worry, I was fine not to move the car as it wasn't booked again until the following day. This is a wonderful site which takes the trauma out of difficult days, and lovely parking space owners like Andy make it easier still. Thank you so much Andy.
