Excellent location - minutes from local buses and trains in good neighbourhood. With parking on both sides of road access is very tight. Post code shown as SE28 is wrong - Eltham is SE9. Tried to clarify with owner by text/phone without luck.

Very impressed. Easy to park, safe environment, quick and easy walk to Eltham station (turn right out of parking space walk about 200-300 yards, where the road bends to the left there is a short walkway - on the right between 2 houses - that goes straight to the station forecourt. 30 mins on train into Victoria.
