Would have been a 5, but there was a car parked in the allotted space, and the permit wasn't in the left envelope. Luckily someone was in the house to give me the permit.

The car parking space is safe and is an end bay so that you only have a neighbouring car on one side. Cathy could not be more helpful. Highly recommended!
