The spaces are quite small (typical hotel underground car park), so I wouldn't come in a 4x4. The access instructions were incorrect - there is NO JustPark pinpad at the entrance - we had to take a ticket and get it validated at hotel reception when we left. Luckily I had a passenger in the car to go and find this out! But the location is brilliant and it's easy to find and access, so will use again.

The details of entry to the car park were completely wrong.
Had to go entirely through hotel reception for entry and exit.

Hotel Reception confirmed that all ‘JustPark’ customers had great difficulty in parking at the hotel, but eventually they sorted it.

Good location for getting into London. 5 mins from Hammersmith tube station. Easy to get in and out. Just enter the code on the way in and again on the way out. Just Park have their own keypad. There were loads of spaces but this was a Saturday. Will use again on my next day trip to the capital.

Very easy to get to, secure and great for getting into central London on tube. Only downside is returning to car at night. Very spooky as no-one around at all. If you got stuck in the lift or car wouldn't start, not a soul there to help you. The hotel is completely deserted.wouldnt want to return there at night if I was on my own!

The car park was fine. JustPark performed dismally. After making a search for parking near the Natural History Museum this space was shown as being 12 minutes' walk away so I booked it. On arrival it turned out to be 43 minutes' walk away and with a 2 year old and 7 year old we had to get a taxi both ways. JustPark have thus far failed to rectify the situation so will be off my Christmas card list.

original pin code did not work and had to contact customer service while parked at the entry barrier. thankfully they were extremely speedy at resolving it through live chat service. otherwise parking worked perfectly, great value for money.
