From the moment of booking, Shakti (the owner) was great. Very responsive to my messages and was really helpful when I arrived with regard to the best place to park my car. All was fine with the parking and the space is very well located for West Hounslow underground - only a few mins walk away. I would certainly use again

Shakti was really helpful and friendly. He met us on arrival, was very understanding when our flight got delayed by a couple of hours and kindly left his own car parked outside so we had plenty of room to get out on our return.

Very pleased with the quality of off-road parking. The very close proximity to Hounslow West tube station made our visit to central London very cost effective in comparison to alternatives. They may be an issue if you have a wider than average vehicle due to the width of the entrance and turning angle but it was fine for my Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI.
