The owner didn't put the gate codes in the listing. I tried calling her a number of times but got no answer or even reply to my text. I wasted 20 mins trying to even get access to the carpark. This made me late to my appointment. After ringing on a number of other residents doorbells I finally found someone that was able to let me in.
Madame, most people use this app the same as they use other apps like Ringo meaning that they find somewhere to park and book on the spot. Usually when booking, an email comes through with any instructions on access codes etc.
Even at the end of the day, I still had to phone her to get access to the car park...I mean seriously...not impressed!
