Well if you have a medium saloon car or state it will be blocking the pathway of other resident as well, but it's perfect for small cars.

Upon arrival we noticed the space was slightly too small for our vechile, however the owner of the parking space was very helpful and allowed us to park in another space that was more convenient,a very kind and friendly gentlemen. Thankyou

It's in a place like Caldesac but with private houses and apartments around. Parking is outside the house on the drive that is converted to fit a big car if parked parallel. I was able to park my Kia Sportage at ease and the owner was really helpful. Will defo use again.
