Drive occupied by owners vehicle on arrival. Then had to wait for owner to finish a phone call for 30 minutes. When he appeared, he was unaware of the booking and asked if I could find another space, i was already very late at this point. He eventually moved his car onto a neighbours drive, 45 minutes after I arrived.
