There was a real mix up - the property owner later advised that they hadn't been advised of the booking however I couldn't find the space (in numbered parking bay's adjacent to the flats) and assume another car was already parked there. I called the mobile number and also knocked on the door but with no response, I ended up parking on a street and missed the start of the game - not a great experience - will be asking for a refund.
