DO NOT BOOK THIS SPACE. If I could give zero stars I would have. I arrived to find the space was already occupied. Spoke to the occupier of the flat to which this space is allocated (No. 47). He spoke little English but stated it was his car in the space and knew nothing or didn't understand the booking. I suspect the tenant of the flat has sub-let but he didn't want to talk about her! Contacted JustPark who had no knowledge and could only offer me a refund. I ended up parking over a mile further away because this whole area is covered by the Tottenham Hotspur Match Day Parking Control Zone.

Parking space was great. The only thing was that the space labelling was not clear. I was lucky that the space owner was just going in the door to the flats and I asked him, and he kindly showed me the correct space. Thank you.

Parked fine without a ticket but had to guess which space as board displaying number was broken. Happy all in all - but if you book double check location for car beforehand. Thanks

My second time parking here, first time I assumed I was in the right spot as the sign was slightly damaged. Seemed ok.
Parked there again yesterday and I returned to my car with an angry note on it saying my car has been reported to the council for parking in a private space....
No idea where I was supposed to park...

When I arrived it was difficult to know which bay to park in as the plastic number was broken. Had to guess which one and there was no answer when I rang the doorbell. All in all a poor experience and a worry all day that I would get a parking fine. Poor value for the price I paid. My day was spoiled by the experience.

Space Is a little hard to find as it is not numbered but phoned Grace and she was great in guiding me to the space! and spurs won so it was a great day overall!
