Toby is a very friendly guy. The parking place is good, because nobody can block your way in and out.

I have been using this space for the last 2 months now, and ts so very convenient; covered and secure parking. The one time I have had to communicate with the parking space owner, he was prompt in responding and haven't needed to contact him any further than that; its at a 3-4 min walk from my office, so works brilliant for me!! Will continue using.

The parking space is very narrow. It is one of two spaces in a confined area, kind of like a 2 car space brick built shed. However,they are so narrow. I parked with one side of my car within an inch and a half of the brick wall. If the other space had had a mini driver (it would have had to be small car) and parked next to me, I am not sure I would have been able to get into my car, fortunately when I returned the other space was still empty. Having been there, there are other parking places around and I would use them rather than re-use here.
