I live in a secure gated devlopment area where each house is allocated its own car parking space. As I do not own a car this space is always available. The gate can be opened using a key code or a key fob.The space is a 8 minute walk to Stockwell Underground station (Victoria and Northern line) and 12 minute walk to Clapham North (Northern line) and 15 min walk to Brixton academy

Fair price. Secure yard. Enough room to park a big 4x4, and be able to turn round. Houses all around so felt safe to leave my vehicle. Good communication from the space owner.

Great position for Brixton Academy around a 20min walk to the venue or about 10 min to Stockwell tube station good communications when I asked for directions.

Excellent, short 8 minute walk to tube, ended up waliking to Brixton Academy as only extra 10/15 minutes.

The owner responded to the booking request and further correspondence quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. The space is very secure and code access means no restrictions on coming and going or messing about with fobs/keys.
