Getting into the car park was fine, but trying to get out was a nightmare, the help desk line was terrible we couldn't hear each other , luckily a staff member came , 30 minutes later I got out ☹️ . I wasn't very happy to say the least .

Great place BUT the directions were not at all clear so it was hard to find AND it was hard to get out of as there was no one on duty and the help button took 10 minutes for someone to answer
