All very straightforward and as described, thank you. No direct communication with owner required and all completed smoothly. Located in a lovely secluded but safe area close to Ladywell Station. The only point to mention is the space is quite narrow and on this occasion cars were parked closely each side. For wider cars it's worth communicating with space owner in advance to ensure space is suitable. Would use again.
