Great central location just a few mins from the station. Plenty of room to park and easy access for multiple entries/departures. Generally feels safe as overlooked by houses within the courtyard. If you looking to park in Balham at a very competitive price then I would highly recommend this space. Great communications by owner too.

Very easy to find, Syed's directions were perfect and close to all Balham's shops and cafes. Will use it again and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area and for easy access to the City.

Car park spot nicely tucked away, good comms from Syed, checked to see if I was OK or lost, met me to give permit, used his bathroom (2 1/2 hour journey!) and he even offered to show me shortcut to main street. Would use again I am in Balham again
