All good and fairly easy: first-time users might find some of the processes "unusual" - an automatic gate at the foot of the in-ramp; earily quiet; process for exiting after a pre-paid booking. However it's very well lit; spaces are a very decent size and are slightly "herring-bone" which makes driving in dead easy. The exiting issue is that the payment pillars are not well labelled - and THEY are the pay-points talked about on the pre-payment ticket. As a one-time user I looked for a "booth" or wall installation as a pay-point. After some trials I found where the ticket goes - but then waited for quite some time for a response to the Help/ Talk button. Regular users should have no such issues, and (apart from the cost for someone outside the Home Counties) this car park is a safe bet for people looking to park anywhere near BBC/ Oxford Circus etc. And I WOULD use again when I need to go to/ park in London. Made no difference whether you pre-book or just turn up ( financially) - also the barcode they provide to open the barrier does not work so you need to wait for attendant to open the barrier AND after calling the attendant to open the barrier they also confirm there is no records at all of your booking or transactions Basically - the customer is unrecognised after the customer has paid

I paid £38 to park for a full day. I left after 40 minutes due to a change in schedule. and was charged a further £6.50 to exit the car park!!!! This "exit" fee is not mentioned anywhere!! Total rip off!!
