Hackney Wick Station

really helpful upon booking with location, best way to find this space is to use 11 prince edward road then when you get to there you will see the pearl restaurant and the gates for the spring car park are to the left behind the gray and red wall, i would defiantly use this space again as excellent location for stratford and olympic park :)

Parking was perfectly fine but the site address was king edward street not felstead road (which was actually felstead street!) I had a very confusing ten minutes haha! I also didnt know if I had been allocated a bay number or whether I could park anywhere. Tried to phone the number given but a recorded message told me to email enquiries. All that being said, now I have worked out those issues I will definitely be booking again.

I paid for a service i couldn't use. When i got to the location, there was a car parked in the allotted space, i called the numbered on the email and left voicemail twice telling them what i was experiencing. No one got back to me and i was unable to use the reservation because another car was parked. I ended up paying for the on street parking which was more expensive. To say am disappointed is an understatement. I feel defrauded!

Easy to find using the additional instructions left by other users. Ideally placed for Olympic Park just a few minutes walk away.

Third time that I have used this space. Straight forward safe and great value for money, will be continuing to use it :-)

No spaces available how can you sell a space that doesn't even exist!! Not what you need when you have booked to be somewhere at a certain time! Looked in all the vehicles windows that were parked there and no-one had a pass in there window! Will never use this just park system again as it failed miserably!

Additional info offered by other users was essential but confusion still occurred when we arrived at the place. I had expected a specifically marked parking bay but instead found around 15 spaces. Eventually I just parked in the last available space there but was then accosted by an aggressive Australian guy who demanded to know what right I had to park there. I think that if I had arrived a few minutes later, the Australian would have taken the last space and where would that have left me?
